Halloween Drinks Vampires

If you are planning a Halloween party, you might like to serve some cocktails that start the blood flowing to please your vampire guests. Here are some vampire cocktail recipes that will start some serious neck biting. But remember, these cocktails contain alcohol and are for adults only!

Halloween Vampire Cocktail #1 – Bloody Vampire

3 ounces Captain Morgan original spiced rum
3 ounces sweetened cherry flavored Kool-Aid
Ice cubes

Pour the spiced rum and Kool-Aid into a cocktail shaker with 3 or 4 ice cubes. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass, including the ice. If you want, you can freeze some of the cherry Kool-Aid in your ice cube trays and use the cherry ice cubes so they won’t dilute the drink.

Halloween Vampire Cocktail #2 – Fancy Vampire

2 ounces Chambord raspberry liqueur
3 ounces cranberry juice
Splash of triple sec
Splash of amaretto almond liqueur
Grenadine syrup
Sugar
Ice cubes

Frost the rim of a wine glass (a red wine glass would be perfect) with some sugar. Add a couple ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Add the raspberry liqueur and the cranberry juice to the cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into the wine glass. Add a splash of triple sec and a splash of amaretto and stir. Drizzle a bit of grenadine on top and serve!

Halloween Vampire Cocktail #3 – Vampire’s Dream

2 ounces Bacardi rum
7 ounces cranberry juice
5 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce grenadine syrup
Cracked ice

Put some cracked ice in a cocktail shaker and add the Bacardi rum, the cranberry juice and the pineapple juice. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass, including the ice. Add more ice if necessary to bring the drink to the top. Drizzle some grenadine syrup on top.

Halloween Vampire Cocktail #4 – Vampire’s Kiss

2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce dry gin
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1 tablespoon 1800 Tequila
2 ounces tomato juice
1 pinch salt
Ice cubes

Add a few ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into an old fashioned glass over ice and serve.

Halloween Vampire Cocktail #5 – Vampire’s Revenge

3/4 ounce Absolut vodka
1/2 ounce Jose Cuervo gold tequila
3/4 ounce Jagermeister liqueur
1 ounce grenadine syrup
Splash of raspberry liqueur
Maraschino cherry
Ice cubes

Shake all ingredients (except the raspberry liqueur) in a cocktail shaker with 3 or 4 ice cubes and strain into a chilled martini glass. Add a splash of raspberry liqueur on the top. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Halloween Vampire Cocktail #6 – Vampire Juice

1 ounce coconut rum
1 ounce Blue Curacao liqueur
1 ounce Bacardi Limon rum
8 ounces orange juice

Pour coconut rum, curacao and bacardi into a shaker with 3 or 4 ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Fill to top with orange juice.

Halloween Vampire Cocktail #7 – Vampire Shots

1 ounce Chambord raspberry liqueur
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce cranberry juice
Ice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well then pour into shot glasses.

If you serve drinks to Halloween party guests, please make sure you have enough coffins for everyone to sleep in! Do not let them drink and drive (or fly, or crawl, or float) home!
